We often spend so much time protecting ourselves from feeling pain that we feel like we are not really living. Humans are hardwired to focus on the negative aspects of life for survival; even when there is some good, we push the positive away or have a hard time accepting it.

I specialize in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Safe and Sound Protocol(SSP) and am a Somatic Experiencing Practioner. These interactive therapy techniques support reprocessing negative experiences and retraining emotional reactions.
